Thank you for visiting. I am very proud to be a realtor associated with RE/MAX Masters Realty in West Vancouver, specializing in the Vancouver Westside, Downtown and North Shore markets. For over 25 years, I’ve lived, raised a family and enjoyed everything our wonderful city has to offer, I have a passion for Vancouver and want everyone to experience what I know. From sailing, skiing, biking, hiking, hockey, golf, to the restaurants, nightlife, beaches, parks, pro sports and wonderful arts community, Vancouver has become a vibrant, world-class city with something to offer everyone.

Moving is momentous! It is exciting, stressful and wonderful. It is the close of a previous chapter and the doorway to new experience. In our part of British Columbia, we do much more than work, live and play. We embrace the culture; enjoy the ocean, beaches, mountains and parks we’ve been blessed with. We take time out for families and friends and make dreams a reality.

Background

Following my graduation from the University in Geophysics, I quite “naturally” (long story) embarked on a career in finance and investment banking, lasting over the next 22 years, capped off with 5 years running an advertising agency. A rather unique combination of two diverse disciplines, but two disciplines which bring an inimitable combination of skills, experience, perspective and professionalism to the marketing of your home. During this time, I also raised three wonderful children, resulting in a tremendous understanding of the diversity of the city’s neighbourhoods, as well as a deep appreciation of the nuances each community has to offer families. When all is said and done, this is what being a Realtor is all about; artfully uniting fine homes and families.

Consummate Market Knowledge

Nearly every single day I study the real estate market. This is a serious, full time professional occupation for me, not a part time hobby. I am constantly searching out new properties for sale, talking with buyers/investors, tracking price changes, monitoring statistical data, and watching for subtle shifts in the market. I also consistently network with other top agents and members of the community to keep abreast of opportunities, which might arise before a property comes to market. In working with sellers, I offer detailed market analysis and research to objectively determine valuations and set accurate and effective pricing strategies to meet client goals. I also assist with pre-market home preparation, and provide outstanding targeted advertising to entice the right buyers to purchase. My background in investment banking impressed upon me, the importance of earning a solid reputation through quality professional service, excellent results and delivering as promised. I approach my real estate business in the same way. Accordingly, all telephone calls, e-mails, letters and other inquiries are promptly returned. Listing presentations are well prepared with detailed market analysis provided to insure appropriate pricing strategies: In fact, 100% of my listings sell within 94% of the suggested asking price. A well planned marketing campaign is launched with every new listing, including internet advertising, direct mailers, open houses, professional high-res photography, floor-plans, e-blasts, high profile signage, single property websites, colour feature sheets and brochures, print/magazine ads, and other targeted multi-media presentations, capped-off with extensive networking.
